Born in the Philippines and raised in California, Nico is a Le Cordon Bleu alumni. After graduating top of his class, Nico worked as a Banquet Chef at the Courtyard by Marriot in Fairfield. Eager to get into the Fast Casual Industry, Nico joined Heritage Eats in 2015 at the time of the companies opening. Since joining Heritage Eats, Nico has expanded from a Cook to coordinating kitchen operations, catering and much more. His hobbies include collecting shoes, and schooling his friends in basketball and video games!
