Operations Manager

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Derek has over 15 years of experience in growing businesses, creating art, sales, marketing, and even specializes in good BBQ! After graduating from SF State in 2011 with a BS in Business Management, Derek went on to focus on helping local non-profit organizations fundraise and leverage government programs to help achieve their goals. With a background in logistics, operations, and technology, Derek joined the team in 2018 to help Heritage Eats expand and grow by serving our locals, friends, families, businesses, and schools amazing food from all over the world. He helps to coordinate our community outreach, fundraising opportunities and is excited to expand our catering program. Derek is here to support our team members and guests as we continue to build our fun and friendly Heritage Eats community.
