An East Coast native, Chris moved to the Bay Area in 2004. He began his career in the back of house, holding the position of Executive Chef at 24. From there he went to Nick's Next Door, a Michelin Recommended restaurant in Los Gatos, California. As General Manager, he managed the restaurant/bar program and helped grow the brand into a destination in the Silicon Valley. With confidence in the growth of fast casual, Chris believes Heritage Eats offers a quality second to none in the industry. As an avid sports fan, Chris can be found during his off time watching his favorite teams, or in the fairway on the golf course.
